Mission
iMET (Immune Micro-Environment Therapeutics) is dedicated to transforming patient outcomes by discovering and developing first-in-class therapies for immune-mediated diseases. Our mission is to bridge cutting-edge AI-driven insights with translational validation, moving faster from bench to bed.
Technology Platform
Our Precision Target Identification Engine combines decades of expertise in genomics and data science with proprietary methods that differentiate iMET from conventional discovery approaches:
- Multi-Omics Integration: RNAseq, single-cell transcriptomics, and human genetics co-analyzed to map disease-relevant immune pathways.
- Immune Microenvironment Remapping: AI-powered deconvolution of tumor and autoimmune data to reveal cell-type–specific target expression.
- Evolutionary Filtering: Identification of immune-selective targets by correcting for evolutionary “negative selection” biases that confound standard genetics.
- Validated Enrichment Power: 28 of 32 FDA/EMA-approved immune targets fall within iMETx’s region of interest, delivering >10× enrichment over human genetics alone.
- Translational Readiness: Targets advanced into antibodies, siRNA, and small-molecule programs.
